hi, i ordered the m805a bb gun from your website yesterday, at the moment it currently says, awaiting authorisation. Please could you tell me how long it normally takes for the product to be authorised, and also, i know someone else who ordered their gun on sunday and it still currently says awaiting authorisation, is this normal? i would like to know asap, thanks.   |

As Brataccas says, be patient, it will most probably be marked over to processing within the next couple of minutes, unless there are problems with the order...
As for your friend, the only time orders will still be awaiting authorisation after this amount of time (it should be marked over to processing within a day or two) is if there is a problem with authorising the payment, get him to check his emails/answerphone and contact the shop direct, they should be able to clear it up for him.

thank you, and yes it has switched to "processing" now, just waiting for it to be dispatched, do you know how long that can be? my friends found out he needs to send the correct info. thanks again  |

ordered a thing on monday and arrived on friday  just depends I think, |

It depends, the shop is VERY busy at the moment and they are a member of staff down (due to illness). The orders are taking a little longer than they would like...
If there is a specific date you need it by (birthday present, upcoming skirmish etc) let the shop know and they should be able to put a 'hurry up' on it!

| Ok thanks for the information, i think i ordered the gun on either monday or tuesday so i should get it tomorrow or saturday, thank you both for the help, and i hope to see my order soon, cheers |
