Not that I know of, if it is molded in a solid colour you can always lightly sand down the scratch, if it is sprayed do the same, but make sure you have the paint to refinish the paint job...

I don't have a number to hand (we now use paints that are mixed for us) but it's closest equivalent is probably "Ford Signal Green".
