Hi, Wanted to know little more information.

the glocks that are on sale "Gas version". i want to know a few things before i buy

Are they reliable?
Does the Slide Lock on empty Mag?
Is the current Gas BB Glocks Field Strippable like the real glock? (With the frame takedown levers?) if so, which ones?

Thanks.

james.

Gas blowback guns are always a little finicky about how they work if you've never used them before. You need to know the right gas for the gun & for the temperature you want to use it at, you need to keep them clean and you need to make sure you don't fire to rapidly.
Other than that as long as you don't crack the slides or blow out the seals by using the wrong gas they should be as reliable as any other gun!
Yes they do lock back on empty (as long as the gas pressure is still good!) and yes they are stripable, although how close to the real steel version the strip action is I couldn't tell you!

Thanks for the really quick reply.

yea, Im familar with them, i own a Walther CP88 (Co2) And a Night Stalker (Co2) And both in good shape and also reliable.

Ahh i See, reason im asking if they are field stripaple because its the Whole "Glock Factor" and that it will be easier to maintain" Like my CP88 You can't field strip it... so it's sometimes very annoying to keep clean therfor i don't use it much..

is there anyways of you possbily finding out which one-s of the glock-s field strip like the real glock it's self?

Thanks

James

I'll have to get back to on that, I've been away for a while & I'm not back in the shop till Tuesday, I thought you meant a gas blow back as the only Glock I know off the top of my head is one, I'll have to check the shop then for 'proper' airpistols!

Right, The most reliable is the Tokyo Marui, they will always have less problems than the rest as long as you use the correct gas.

Sorry, when you started talking about the CP88 etc I thought you wanted something in the same type.

Ohh Sorry, was telling you what ones i currently owned. i fancied something a little new.

And i see.. so do you have any "Tokyo Marui?" in? have you got any ones with the slide lock. and field striplaple like the glock it self?

and this is a question on the side and would be awsome if you can find out.

if you do have those in stock
what models do you have?

Glock 19?
or
Glock 26C?

It is strippable (one switch either side just above the trigger which both need to be held down with the mag removed & the hammer cocked until the slide slides off forwards). They all lock back on empty.
The Glocks tend to be G17s, we can get the G26 advance (usually) and sometimes the G26 standard.
