Silly question I know, but what is the difference between the standard C02 Pistols, and the ones with Blowback? Which one is better?
Also, as i've never used or heard a C02 pistol before (I've fired a rifle etc just not pistols) does it sound like a real gun, or is it a softer 'bang', like BB's.
Does the silencer make any difference on them as well.
Cheers |

it seems to me that alot of c02 guns are often advertised as blowback models. when they are are not. blowback is when the gun is specially designed to use a small amount of the c02 gas to move the guns slide (the bit you would slide back to cock a gun)
so you get a more realistic action. as for loudness they tend to vary in each model, none of them sound like real gun's, but give a pretty satisfying impression all the same |

Thanks for the info there, clears up most of my queries
The only other thing I would like to know is if the silencers make any real difference? |
