I spoke to Daniel last night, who was extremely helpful in advising on what I thought was a faulty gun. However, on talking to my son, I have now discovered that there was a pellet jammed in the barrel. I have managed to dislodge the pellet and the gun is working perfectly. I finally recieved the starting blank revolver, although the delivery process took a while I have established it was the fault of the Royal Mail. You were very happy to deal with my complaint over the phone and were also very helpful in resolving the issue. Though I wouldnt call the gun the best of quality it is certainly excellent value for the money.
