Returns
If you wish to return a product for any reason you must email or call the shop first using the number on the contact page
Guarantee
We will exchange all faulty goods subject to them being returned to the us at the shop
In the unlikley event you should be unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind about wanting the product then will be happy issue a refund subject to the product being returned unused in its original packaging with a copy of your receipt from us subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover postage.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Air Rifle Delivery
As of today (04-01-08) we can now begin to offer delivery to certain local Registered Firearms Dealers. This does incur an Admin charge of £20 to be paid on picking up your order from the local Shop and you will need to provide the usual forms of I.D. as per the current legislation.
