The Law and Items We Sell Air Weapons Nothing we sell on this site needs a firearms or any other licence to buy but you must be 18 or over (this may be subject to verification) Due to the VCR act we cannot send any air weapons out direct to you, we can however transfer them to your local gunsmiths so that you can collect it from them. Please be aware that you must supply at least 2 forms of I.D. and at least one of them must be photo I.D. This service usually attracts a £25.00 Admin fee payable on collection. Never, ever point an air rifle or pistol at any other person, we have all heard stories in the news of people that thought the rifle was not loaded. Make sure you have permission of the landowner to shoot and make sure that any projectile you fire does not leave the boundaries of the property you are shooting on. It is an offence to carry an air weapon in a public place without a good reason (on the way to or back from a shoot or your gunsmith) if you have to carry an air rifle or pistol in a public area make sure you have it unloaded, uncocked and in a secure and if possible locked bag. We would recommend you famliarise your self with the laws surrounding your specific type of shooting at http://www.basc.org.uk/ Knives You must be 18 or over to purchase any of our knives (this may be subject to verification) It is an offence to carry any bladed weapon with a blade length of over 3” you can carry anything below that as long as it is able to fold, just use your common sense, i.e. don’t take it down the pub of an evening! Again there are more laws concerning the carrying of other knives and we would recommend you familiarize yourselves with them. Two-Tone You must be 18 or over to purchase any of our Two-Tone BB guns. Since the VCR act it has become an offence to sell, buy or give away any realistic imitation firearm (rif) except to certain proscribed groups (theatres, re-enactors, UKARA registered airsofters) which is why all of ours have been made or been sprayed Two-Tone. It is also an offence to spray any of the two-tone BB guns to make them realistic.
