The Tar-21 is an Israeli bullpup assault rifle with a selective fire system. Bullpup rifles are configured in a layout in which the bolt carrier group is placed behind the pistol grip; this shortens the overall length but does not sacrifice barrel length. The T.A.R. 21 provides carbine length, but rifle muzzle velocity. The bullpup design is also used to minimize the silhouette of soldiers and to maximize effectiveness in turning corners in urban warfare. This rifle features a Tar-21 top and side rail, an adjustable flip up front and rear iron sight, an ambidextrous cocking handle, a quick battery replacement and power adjustment and the body is made from a high strength polymer. This fires at about 300fps and has a 300rd hi-cap magazine. This is the sportline version with a high strength plastic gearbox shell, but with metal gears and motor.
