Durable and reliable trigger mechanism is the basic premise for a successful upgrade sniper rifle. The stock supplied trigger mechanism is sufficient for basic springs, but when you use stronger springs it significantly increases the possibility of damage. Rifles working on a system Marui VSR or AWS have a very bad piston catch system. It is capturing only a small edge and angle of 45 degrees. This is sufficient for relatively basic weak springs, but can't hold stronger springs. In addition, 45-degree system lifts the piston end and causes jams in the cylinder. AirsoftPro brings the new CNC metal trigger mechanism with an entirely different solution. It holds the piston at 90 degrees (Some customers call it Zero Trigger). The surface is larger and can hold stronger springs.

The Hybrid Piston is made of 4 different materials. Aluminium piston light body provides a great reduction for the weight, A Teflon ring in the middle provides minimum friction against the cylinder, and the stainless steel rear part ensures excellent wear protection against the sear. Inner diameter is 13.3mm.

Spring guide is made of one piece steel material. The outer diameter is 9mm, and it is designed only for the upgrade springs. The surface is Zinc coated.

Spring in the set is M160. Output FPS is affected by HopUp rubber sealing, so it may be different on different guns. Better performance can be reached by better sealing or a precision barrel.

CNC trigger mechanism. Brand new CNC metal trigger mechanism with an entirely different solution. It holds the piston at 0 degrees. (we call it Zero Trigger). The surface is larger and can hold stronger springs.

Basic facts:

• Body made by CNC machining from light, but durable aluminium alloy 6061-T6.

• The top of the trigger is equipped with ball bearing for the smoother trigger press.

• Whole trigger is made of 30 parts.
• Easy to install under 15 minutes.

This high quality trigger set is designed for Marui AWS rifles and Well copies MB44xx. (For example MB4401,02,03,04,10,11,12) . Not suitable for VSR series, CYMA CM703 or M24.
