The Airsoft Helden HR556 10" Black S-HPA is a mechanically operated HPA airsoft rifle platform developed from years of direct player interaction, event feedback and real-world gameplay experience gathered through Airsoft Helden events across Europe.


Rather than focusing on electronics-heavy systems or complicated setup procedures, the HR556 was designed around a clear philosophy: dependable mechanical performance, efficient HPA operation and simplified maintenance. The platform removes the need for batteries and electronic trigger systems, allowing players to connect their HPA setup and focus directly on gameplay.


At the centre of the system is the MechLabs XX-Mod mechanical HPA engine, developed to provide consistent firing performance with user-adjustable tuning options. The system supports travel distance adjustment, air consumption tuning and RPS configuration, allowing players to fine-tune the rifle around their preferred shooting characteristics while maintaining a mechanically driven operating system.


The receiver set combines T6 aluminium with reinforced polymer construction, specifically engineered around the alignment requirements of the mechanical HPA engine. This construction approach helps maintain structural stability while keeping the platform slim and lightweight for practical use during longer gameplay sessions.


The aluminium lower handguard features an integrated M-LOK mounting system with four M-LOK interface positions at the 3 and 9 o'clock sections, alongside a 5-slot lower accessory rail at the 6 o'clock position. This layout allows users to configure grips, lights and additional accessories while maintaining a clean and streamlined external profile. The 20mm flat-top rail provides plenty of real-estate for game enhancing optics
