The original Veyron essentially created the compact precision scope category and has remained one of Vector Optics' most popular designs ever since. The GEN2 3-12x44 continues that philosophy, combining an incredibly compact chassis with genuine long-range capability. It retains the proven 30mm tube, first focal plane etched reticle and turret-lock system while introducing upgraded LaREE HD glass for noticeably brighter, sharper and higher-contrast viewing than the original generation.

The improved optical system transmits light more efficiently, delivering better edge-to-edge clarity while allowing the scope to become even shorter than its predecessor. Physics still has the final say, so you may notice a small amount of chromatic aberration in particularly challenging lighting conditions, but compared to the original Veyron the improvement is immediately noticeable.

With its shorter 242mm body and useful 3-12x magnification range, this is an outstanding option for lightweight PCP air rifles, hunting carbines and compact precision builds where every gram and every centimetre matters.
