The Weihrauch HW40 is a precision air pistol in modern design with German craftsmanship and a recoilless action at an entry-level price point. The system is a single-stroke pneumatic which is quiet and smooth and very well balanced. The pistol has a precision two-stage trigger with fiber-optic sights and a micrometer sight adjustment for windage and elevation. The HW40 also includes a dovetail rail for scope mounting, an automatically operated safety lever, and fires at a consistent power of 4 ft/lbs.
