CQB taking place using equipment from our airsoft store

Good news for any of our fans from Wales and the surrounding areas! An application has been submitted to build the first permanent indoor airsoft centre at St Catherine Park industrial estate in Cardiff.

If approved, the centre would be the first permanent indoor location in Wales that hosts the sport. There are already a number of outdoor centres, but it’s always nice to have a place to play in the warm and dry, eh!

The application for the site states alongside short skirmishes, organised scenarios, C.Q.B and MilSim, there may also be room for historical re-enactments at the centre.

The site has been empty since January 2009, so it is hoped that thanks to the interest, everything should go swimmingly and a new venue will be open in no time!

The proposed development will be going before Cardiff Council’s planning committee in the not too distance future, where a decision will be made on whether the scheme can go ahead.

It may well be a bit of a trek from us here to get there, but we’re sure those of you located closer will have everything crossed that the plans go through!

If there is anyone looking to pick up some near gear or guns before their next skirmish, don’t forget to take a look at our online airsoft shop, or come and pay us a visit instore.
